Ave 22 Off The Rack does not accept any returns or refunds on any online orders. If you are not satisfied with your item, an exchange or store credit will be provided if the item is returned in the original condition. As the gowns sold online are in-store samples, there may be defects on the gown at the time of purchase. All defects or issues will be clear and stated at the time of purchase. If the reason for the exchange is due to issues already stated, the item will not be qualified for exchange.
All exchanges or store credits must be notified within 72 hours of receiving the item. Ave 22 Off the Rack will authorize a "return authorization number" for return approvals. Items sent back without the "return authorization number" will be sent back to the sender.
To begin an exchange, you must e-mail email@example.com with reasons for the exchange. If approved, a return authorization number will be provided. This number should be visibly written on the return package.

Shipping charges are non-reversible and the cost to return an item is covered by the consumer.
The store credit provided can be used in-store at Avenue 22 Bridal or Ave 22 Off the Rack.
The store credit has no cash value.
If any damages or stains are found at the time of return, the item will not be eligible for store credit. You will be charged for the gown to be shipped back to you or you can schedule a pick up at our in-store location.
